Originally set up to develop our own projects using external contractors, Wey Developments Ltd has grown into a building company that employs and trains our own team. Over the last ten years, we have taken on many apprentices, mainly in the carpentry and electrical fields, whilst supplementing our team with carefully chosen contractors. We currently employ ten staff members, several of whom have come through our apprenticeship program.
Our property developers are led by three shareholding directors: Alex, Adam, and Caryl.
